1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SiteSmith (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

SiteSmith lets you generate, edit, and publish websites using AI. You’re responsible for the content you create and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to abuse the AI generation system, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the sites you create. You grant us a limited license to host and serve them as needed to provide the Service.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors; review it before publishing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
